Samuel, is a Chef/ Culinary Consultant with a strong international background and a passion for excellence in the kitchen. From the dynamic food scene of the UK, luxury resorts of Zermatt, and culminating in the successful ownership of a restaurant in Spain.

Samuel has built a career marked by versatility, leadership, and innovation. Having worked in a wide range of kitchens, from fine dining establishments to high-volume operations. Samuel brings a practical, hands-on approach to consulting. Their deep understanding of kitchen dynamics, team development, and operational efficiency has made them a valuable asset to restaurants and hospitality brands.

Nickname:"Beavois"

With over 21 years of service in the Royal Air Force since enlisting in 2004, Chris Beavis has completed operational tours across Iraq, Afghanistan, the Falklands, Oman, Norway, Cyprus, Corsica, and throughout Europe.

A seasoned culinary professional, he has represented the UK in some of the world's most prestigious culinary competitions, including the Culinary Olympics and the Culinary World Cup since 2014, earning Double Gold at the 2016 Olympics and securing 3rd place at the 2018 World Cup. A National Chef of the Year Semi-Finalist in both 2023 and 2025, he currently serves as a mentee for Team UK in the Bocuse d'Or (2023-2025). Chris Beavis is the current Captain of the Combined Services Culinary Arts Team, leading preparations for the 2026 Culinary World Cup.

Jordan Quantrell is an experienced hospitality professional with a career spanning restaurants, bars, gastro pubs, and entertainment venues across the UK and Spain. He began working in hospitality at a young age, gaining hands-on experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

From cocktail creation and bar management in Birmingham's vibrant nightlife scene to culinary and service experience in Spain's Alicante region, Jordan has built a diverse skill set that combines service excellence, team leadership, and strong knowledge of food and drink pairings. His background includes managing busy gastro pubs and restaurants, where he developed expertise in delivering high-quality guest experiences, staff training, and operational efficiency. With a passion for hospitality and a proven ability to adapt across a range of environments, Jordan brings versatility, professionalism, and a deep understanding of what it takes to create memorable customer experiences.
